Notes: This is not my collection, but rather be the CS:GO community members who created these collection, and I find them interesting to share. Credits by the owner at the end of this post. Tarot Collection - Series 1 is the first hand of tarot cards represented in weapons. Each weapon is a card, or a Major Arcanum, with unique thematic illustrations and a touch of the occult. The first series contains six different cards: 0 - The Fool - P90 III - The Empress - AK-47 XIII - Death - AWP XVIII & XIX - The Moon & The Sun - Dual Berettas XX - Judgement - Desert Eagle We intend to release the whole Major Arcana deck of cards (22 total) if the Collection gets a positive review. If this info become true, in the future we will have these below: The new information about the new mage champion is also listed below. It may sound like a hoax, but through the descriptive information of her skills, I am 90% sure this is the true statistic of the new champion. It will be confirmed once the contents get released on PBE. Hiroki/Horu

Pistol round (The most important round for everyone) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saving for next round is your choice, but here are the common paths: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Terrorist side: Get 3 of your teammates buying Kevlar, if you already see 3 buying kevlar armor, tell the other one to either buy Tec-9/CZ-75 Auto or buy grenades (Smoke + Flashbang) and you will choose the last option. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Counter Terrorist side: Same to the other side; always have one member buying kit, but I do not recommend buying Five Seven/CZ-75 first round, Or Dual Berettas for these reasons: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- +) During this round, you only have 800$, which is not enough to buy helmet. This shows that any pistol can one-shot on the head. Buying Five Seven is not cost-effective as it is expensive (500$); if you die, it will be a waste of money, and the enemy will pick it up and use for next round (Five Seven's unique feature is that: It's a fucking meme [One shot head shot from close to medium range with helmet opponent]). +) CZ-75 has limited ammo (12/12), and once you are out of ammo, you are fucked. Not to mention is is pricy too (500$) +) Dual Berettas? They have low armor penetration. Don't buy it cause the enemy will just buy armor, and you will be shot to the head before you could kill them (pffts). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Second round --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. When you win the first round as Terrorist: If you are confident enough, just get the best person buy AK-47, and the rest buy SMG, remember to buy grenades too. Without grenades, you can not do anything good. If possible, get one person buy SSG 08 if your team (or you) has an excellent marksman --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. When you lose first round as Terrorist: I. Successfully planted the bomb: You still have enough money to buy the second round. Be wise. II. Not able to get the bomb planted: Save. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. When you win & lose as Counter Terrorist: Same to the Terrorist, but when you lose, you can save for third round, or you can have one or two members buying SMG. Always have one person buying kit. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Third round (Buy round) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Buy an AWP if you (or your teammate) are confident with your (or their) aim. Priority over weapon's quality: AWP > AK-47 > M4A4/M4A1S > Famas/Galil > SMG Note: When you win the round, if you see an AWP/AK-47 and even when you don't use it, pick it up, as the other teammates will use it. But if you have an AK-47 and you see an AWP, pick it up. AWP is better than AK-47 for many obvious reasons. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When you are losing --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Save and try to win with the enemies' weapon. If you still lose the round, you still have money to buy next round. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When you are winning --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is no reason to buy anything except armor+helmet and grenades when you are winning. You only need to buy weapons for your allies that died last round, but don't waste your money. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the enemy is on eco --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buy SMG for anti-eco situation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Which weapon to pick up (Already stated above) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When to save and when not to save --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When you have 4 opponents and you alone, keep the most valuable weapon and try to hide until the end of the round. Never save in last round of half/match point (if possible)/final round. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Other warning: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEVER buy auto sniper rifles during the rounds except the match point/final round, because the enemy team will be super salty when you use auto sniper rifle, and they will save next few rounds for auto sniper rifle. Trust me, the whole game will be horrible.

As some may know, Counter Strike: Global Offensive is a online multiplayer, team-based game that requires skills, communication and so much more features. Its famous game mode, Competitive Matchmaking, is a true arena for players to play with people similar to your skills or higher, and it is also a place for you to improve your skills. However, there are many factors in the game that, you thought they are not a big deal for you, but they are when you are actually in a game: +) Smurfs. I know that it is hard to believe right? But smurfs are everywhere. Even if you are playing against a Silver 2 player and he outperformed everyone in that match, the high chance is that person being a smurf (or a hacker if you know how to recognize it). Ranking in CS:GO is so complicated that, for a mastered player who has Global Elite rank who left the game for, say an year, and when that person plays again, their rank got reset and they have to play again to get the rank placement. Usually they will get a lower rank than their old ranks, and they have to play again to rank up back. +) Trolls. Believe me. Either a troll in your team or their team, it will still make the game's mood so intense. If you have a troll on the enemy side, good for you; but if a troll (or more) is in your team, they will turn your 45 minutes of gaming into a disaster. They are the people who don't care about winning or losing, and they want to ruin other's game for fun. Some people trolls when they want to, and they queue up with friends so that they can never be kicked out of the match. +) Hackers. No need to explain how bad that is. So, after many tips/guides videos from pros/high rank tier players, here is what I learned from them and I find them really helpful: +) Mouse Sensitivity and DPI: Don't think this is not important. Mouse movement affects A LOT on your crosshair placement. If you set your sensitivity too high, your crosshair will move far away from the target you want to aim at, and vice versa; if you have a low sensitivity, your crosshair will not even reach the destination it has to go, and you will have to put a lot of effort on scrolling your mouse, and you might be dead already when you have that crosshair on them. Try to spend an hour learning about your mouse's DPI and sensitivity to find the best sensitivity that suits you. More information find in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxBuiD11WDM&t=203s (Credit by corehaven) +) Play with your friends: Try to play with your friends more frequent than playing in SoloQ, as your communication with friends is better than playing with strangers, and friends do not troll like others will, because you and them have the same goal: to win the game and rank up. Also, playing with friends is more fun than playing with strangers. People usually ignores this tip, but if you want to rank up faster, always try to queue with a friend, or a group of friends. +) Practice: Like our grandfathers said: Practice makes perfect. There is no success that comes to you so easily without skills. The only way to improve your skill is to practice. And you have to master 4 key features: Aim, Movement, Communication, Analysis. Practice your aim and movement in a custom map private server (which I suggest map Aim Botz - Training at first), join some community deathmatch server to practice; Communication through friends games. Analysis is very important. To improve your Analysis, you need to fulfill these requirements: You have to know where the enemy will go; the spot they usually hide for ambush; spots to throw grenade, smokes, and flashbangs effectively; positions of the awpers; time takes for the enemy team to get to their position; and LISTEN. Many silver players I played with never know where the enemy comes from, when you can get the information of them through footsteps and gun sounds easily. +) Improve your mindset: This factor plays an important part on the result of a game. All tips I want to give you is that: This is just a game, if you lose this game, there will be another time for you to get better; don't flame your teammates, try to cheer them up; don't disrespect anyone in the game, as they will return stronger after few rounds; don't give up. As long as you can still focus on the game, think positively, and encourage your teammates to play better, there will always a chance for a comeback. Always. +) Warmup: Before you enter a competitive game, always do a warmup, like how you always do in gym exercises. It helps you to get the feeling of aiming and movement that you lost after not playing for a while, and it is a good preparation to enter the most intense arena. Good luck in the field, soldiers!
